Hammada (DE) – Atmos

Hammada is a four-piece Psychedelic Desert Rock band from Freiberg, Germany, founded in 2012. Their sound has its roots in the rock music of the 70s, 80s and 90s, but with a modern touch. Atmospheric riffs are crashing into fuzz filled sound walls combined with a lot of grooves, bass and powerful vocals. Here and there you can hear an organ or synthesizer.
After the two EPs SFAIRA and MONUMENT (both 2017) they release their debut album ATMOS in June 2020.

Damn people, if you don’t like fuzz, get the fuzz outta here cause now we roll with Hammada and their latest release “Atmos”. You will be met with pounding waves of fuzzgasm that is here to please you ears. Hammada make sure to alternate between captivating song structures and trippy escapes that keep things bouncing, also on long-ish nine-minute tracks. If you enjoy the sound of Hammada, I highly recommend you also check out our friends from Italy, Ultracombo, who we featured a while ago.
